Studio Rental & Rates

Here is some information regarding our rates and offerings.

Monday-Thursday rate of $85 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. An additional $ 50.00 setup and cleaning fee.
*All day booking available for $650.00 8am-12am

Friday-Sunday rate of $125.00 an hour with a 4 hour minimum.
An additional $75.00 Setup and cleaning fee.
*All day booking available for 1000.00 from 8am-12am

The space capacity is 49 people.
The rental time frames are as follows.
Daytime Rental, 8am-3pm and Evening Rental, 4pm-12am.

During your rental time, the space will be all yours. We have a key code lock so that all you need to do is show up at the time of your rental and lock up at the end. You will be provided with your event specific timecode prior to your rental. There are a few details to cover before you leave such as taking out any trash to the dumpster at the rear of the building as well as removing any of your personal items brought in.

We don’t have staff on site for your rental.

• A small lounge/makeup/coat room with a sofa and table
• Catering prep area with a long counter with electrical outlets, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker
